Activities Aide

Description of the role:

Regency Care of Silver Spring is seeking a dedicated Activities Aide to join our team. The Activities Aide will be responsible for organizing and leading various recreational activities for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging activities for residents
• Assist with organizing events and outings
• Provide support and encouragement to residents during activities
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for recreational activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
