Sales Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for the execution and management of the Reformed Pilates sales funnel across an assigned portfolio of studio locations. This role owns lead response, appointment scheduling, CRM accuracy, show-rate support, and enrollment follow-up—ensuring every lead receives a timely, thoughtful, and consistent experience.
