Quick Lane Service Advisor

Red River Ford Durant is seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless and positive service experience by accurately capturing customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers promptly and identify their service needs

• Prepare detailed and accurate service orders and estimates

• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs

• Provide regular updates to customers about their vehicle status

• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional service area

• Address customer questions and resolve concerns quickly

• Recommend additional services or products to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Dealership experience preferred

• Solid understanding of automotive systems and ability to identify issues quickly

• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency and eagerness to learn new systems

• Ability to understand and follow new repair and service procedures

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
