Work Requirements

Active Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).

Ability to commute to Morrison, TN.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Previous BDC, dealership, or high-volume call center experience is a major plus.
Responsibilities
-
Inbound Excellence: Answer every inbound service call with professionalism and a sense of urgency.

Outbound Retention: Hunt for opportunities by calling inactive customers to bring them back to the shop.

Warranty Management: Ensure open warranty repair orders are closed out on time.

Logistics & Coordination: Manage pickup, delivery, and mobile service logistics while coordinating vehicle inspections across departments.

Reputation Protection: Proactively follow up on completed repair orders to ensure high CSI scores.

Metric Ownership: Set, keep, and grow your appointment metrics every single day.
