Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months, with the potential for extension based on sales needs. The primary focus of this role will be making outbound calls to leads in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our CRM database.
  • Engage with leads to understand their needs and present relevant product or service information.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
