What Success Looks Like
As People Operations Coordinator you'll be responsible for implementing a wide range of programs and processes. This includes recruiting, onboarding, training and development. You will gain additional experience by supporting in the maintenance of employee relations documentation, internal communications and collaborating with other teams to ensure training and development excellence for RBW.

Coordinate recruitment activities
Coordinate employee engagement activities
Provide excellent internal customer service by fielding appropriate team members People related requests
Properly document all team member files and update applicable templates
Collaborate to ensure consistent internal communication regarding training, new initiatives, policies and procedures
Responsible for coordinating FMLA, Workers Comp and other related LOA with HR Partner
Interpret employee engagement data and recommend action items
Track HR Metrics
Support and inclusive and diverse culture aligned with RBW vision, mission & values
Support in processing payroll
Sound Like You?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Familiarity with local and California employment laws
1-3 years of exposure to Human Resources or recent graduate with interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
Flexibility and adaptability to changing business conditions and needs
Ability to multitask, deal with ambiguity, and work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ambitious, hardworking and team-oriented
Proficiency with Google applications
