Position Summary 

The Spa & Fitness Attendant is responsible for delivering a seamless, elevated guest experience across spa and wellness spaces, with a primary focus on the fitness center. This role ensures the gym environment is impeccably maintained, welcoming, and aligned with Forbes-level standards, while also supporting overall spa operations as needed.

Primary Focus: Fitness & Wellness Spaces

  • Maintain a pristine, fully stocked, and guest-ready fitness center always
  • Proactively reset equipment, sanitize high-touch areas, and ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met
  • Monitor and maintain organization of fitness equipment, including weights, machines, and accessories
  • Anticipate guest needs within the fitness space (towels, water, amenities) and respond promptly
  • Provide a warm welcome and basic orientation to guests using the fitness center
  • Support wellness offerings and movement-based experiences as needed

Spa Support Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, relaxation areas, and spa amenities
  • Restock towels, robes, sandals, and spa supplies throughout the day
  • Assist with turnover of spa spaces to ensure a seamless guest flow
  • Support guest experience touchpoints with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the spa team to uphold service standards across all areas

Guest Experience & Service Standards

  • Deliver a polished, welcoming presence in all guest interactions
  • Anticipate needs before they are expressed
  • Maintain a calm, attentive, and detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Uphold all Forbes-level cleanliness, presentation, and service expectations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or fitness environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a physically active role (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
  • Passion for wellness, fitness, and guest experience
