Rental Car Agent

Ray Laethem Dealership is seeking a full-time Rental Car Agent. In this role, you will assist customers with vehicle rentals, reservations, and returns while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with rental reservations and agreements
• Explain rental terms, insurance options, and vehicle features
• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals for damage and cleanliness
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
• Personal Auto Insurance
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in the rental car or automotive industry (preferred but not required)
