Service Scheduler

Ray Laethem is looking to hire a full time service scheduler. At Ray Laethem dealership we are committed to delivering top tier customer service and automotive expertise. We're currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail oriented Service Scheduler to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer all incoming service related phone calls
• Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
• Cash out customers for both sales and service transactions
• Reconcile the daily cash drawer
• File and scan service documents promptly 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer Literate to use basic software and scheduling tools
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience in an automotive or customer facing roles is a plus
• Familiarity with dealership management systems and DMS systems is a plus
