Working Detail Manager

We are looking for a Working Detail Manager to lead and elevate our detail department while continuing to build a strong, reliable team. 

What This Role Is: This is a hands on leadership position. You will be working alongside the team, detailing vehicles while also managing workflow, quality, and accountability. This is not a sit behind a desk job.

Responsibilities: 

• Preform vehicle detailing (interior & exterior) to dealership standards
• Lead daily operations of the detail department
• Manage workflow for used car recon and new car make-ready
• Ensure all vehicles meet quality and delivery standards
• Train and mentor team members
• Help recruit and build a strong and dependable team
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency in the department
• Communicate clearly with Sales and Service Teams

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to lead by example
• Proven ability to stay organized and follow through
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Leadership mindset-someone who takes ownership
• Automotive detailing experience preferred
• Experience managing or leading a team is a plus
