Automotive Service Scheduler

At Ray Laethem Dealership is looking for a full time Service Scheduler. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality automotive service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. We're looking for an organized and customer focused Automotive Service Scheduler to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Position Overview: The Automotive Service Scheduler is responsible for managing service appointments while also handling customer transactions. You will be the first and last point of contact for many customers, helping ensure a smooth and positive service experience from start to finish. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm service appointments via phone, email, and online systems
• Communicate clearly with customers about service timelines availability, and updates
• Greet customers in person and assist with service check-in/check-out
• Process payments accurately (cash, debit, credit) and issue receipts
• Balance cash drawer and handle daily transaction records
• Maintain accurate customer and service records
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an automotive service environment or customer service role preferred
• Cash handling or cashier experience is an asset
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using multiple computer programs
