Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and financing options
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM System

Job Requirements:

• Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated with results driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
