Parts Counter Person

Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake is accepting applications and conducting personal interviews to hire an experienced Parts Counter Person. 

Job Description

Issue Parts and Accessories to the shop technicians

Answer customer questions (by phone and in person) and give quotes

Assist customers in selecting the proper parts for their repairs

Complete orders from stock and notify Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention

Provides and ensures exceptional customer service in the parts department

Requirements

Basic Knowledge of  Dealership Operations is preferred

Reynolds & Reynolds Experience

Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test
