Raizan Solutions is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a client dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals and ensuring the well-being of patients in [Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or Hospital Setting]. Key Responsibilities
 Patient Care & Assistance: Provide daily assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting.

 Vital Signs & Monitoring: Measure and record patients' vitals, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.

 Mobility Support: Assist patients with transfers, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises.

 Emotional & Social Support: Offer companionship and reassurance to enhance patients’ comfort and well-being.

 Medical Equipment Handling: Set up and maintain medical equipment under nurse supervision.

 Hygiene & Infection Control: Follow sanitation and infection control procedures to maintain a clean, safe environment.

 Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document patient conditions and report changes to nurses and medical staff.

 Team Collaboration: Work alongside nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.


Must-Have Qualifications
 CNA Certification (Active & Valid in [State])

 2+ years of CNA experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting

 Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Preferred but not required)

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to quality care

 Ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely
