Job Description:
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional oral healthcare to patients while educating them on preventive care. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure each patient receives high-quality and comfortable care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing.
• Conduct periodontal charting and monitor oral health conditions.
• Take and develop dental X-rays.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Assist the dentist in identifying and diagnosing oral health issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental software.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan.
• Proven experience in dental hygiene (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency with dental software (experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dedication to providing excellent patient care.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
