What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service at the parts counter

• Support both retail customers and service technicians with parts needs

• Process parts orders, returns, and invoices accurately

• Help manage inventory through stocking, bin counts, and organization

• Track and update customers on special order parts

• Keep the parts department clean, efficient, and professional

• Use dealer systems to check availability, pricing, and inventory

• Work closely with the service and sales departments for seamless support

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in auto parts sales (Subaru or dealership experience is a big plus!)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment

• Experience with X-Time Inspect or Dealertrack DMS is a bonus

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
