Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 1 per month, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta is seeking a professional and dependable BDC Service Representative to join our Service Business Development team. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

Be the first impression: Answer incoming calls, texts, and chats with professionalism and warmth.

Coordinate customer appointments: Accurately schedule service visits across multiple dealership locations.

Proactive outreach: Make outbound calls for recalls, maintenance reminders, and follow-ups.

Offer convenience: Present Pickup & Delivery and Mobile Service options to customers when available.

Keep things running smoothly: Communicate with Service Advisors and other dealership staff daily to ensure the customer experience is seamless.

Stay organized: Document all interactions accurately and follow through on commitments.

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year in customer service, call center, hospitality, or admin support

Clear, professional communication skills (both written and verbal)

Poised, positive, and reliable with a consistent work ethic

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask

Prior experience with dealership scheduling tools (like Xtime) is a plus, but not required

$16.50/hour base pay (bi-weekly)
