Service BDC Representative

Now Hiring: BDC Service Representative
Location: Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM + 1 Saturday/month (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Pugmire is looking for a friendly, high-energy BDC Service Representative to help us deliver top-tier service across our four store locations. You’ll be the first voice our customers hear and the bridge between them and our other departments, especially Service. If you're a patient, upbeat communicator who thrives in a hospitality/customer service-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

Preferred: Xtime/CRM experience and/or appointment scheduling experience. 

REQUIRED: Customer Service Experience or Call Center Experience. / Must be reliable and a great team player!

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Scheduling service appointments for all four Pugmire stores

• Answering inbound calls and responding through text and chat systems all day 

• Making outbound calls for recall outreach and maintenance reminders

• Using Xtime and other platforms to manage appointment accuracy

• Offering Mobile Service and Pickup & Delivery options when applicable

• Maintaining speed, professionalism, and empathy in every interaction

• Acting as the "connective tissue" between customers and dealership teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Clear, confident, and positive phone presence, every call, every time. 

• Experience in a call center, BDC, or hospitality setting preferred

• Ability to multitask while staying patient and friendly at all times

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and taking initiative.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $16.50/hr base pay (bi-weekly)

• Monthly bonus based on showed appointments

• Attendance bonus available 

• Paid overtime for Saturday shifts
