Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a Quick Lube Technician to handle basic maintenance and help keep our service lane moving. This position focuses on oil changes, checking fluid levels, inspecting belts and filters, and making sure vehicles are in good shape before they leave.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance
• Check and top off fluids
• Inspect tires, brakes, belts, and filters
• Complete multi-point inspections
• Flag any issues that need further attention
• Keep work clean, organized, and on pace
• Use shop tools and equipment safely
• Move and test vehicles as needed

Requirements

• Previous lube tech or automotive experience is a plus
• Ford experience or certification is a plus, not required
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Able to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable in a fast-paced shop
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Good attitude and reliable
