Residential Service Electrician

Base pay + commission: $55K–$110K/year for residential service electricians.

We’re adding a residential service electrician to a growing HVAC, plumbing and electrical team in Wilson, NC — someone who takes pride in their work, follows a real process, and wants to be the best in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run residential electrical service calls across Wilson and surrounding eastern NC counties
• Troubleshoot and repair circuits, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting and ceiling fans
• Panel upgrades and replacements, service changes, subpanels and dedicated circuits
• Whole-home generator, surge protection, EV charger and HVAC equipment wiring
• Communicate findings clearly with homeowners and present repair and upgrade options
• Complete jobs clean, organized, safe and to code
• Follow our proven processes on every call and keep your truck stocked and ready

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience (service experience preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of the NEC
• NC electrical license or journeyman-level experience a plus — strong helpers ready to step up are encouraged to apply
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance, clear communication, and accountability
