Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven in-office Bilingual Warehouse Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will focus on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse staffing needs and a proactive approach to recruiting and talent pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with warehouse management and HR to determine staffing needs.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for hourly warehouse positions (e.g., pickers, packers, forklift drivers, shipping/receiving).
• Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines.
• Schedule and facilitate on-site interviews, job fairs, and hiring events.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment laws during recruitment.
• Build relationships with local workforce agencies, schools, and staffing firms to expand candidate sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate the reassignment of employees between locations as needed to support operational and business priorities.
• Support onboarding efforts in coordination with HR and warehouse leads.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
