• he Porter is responsible for moving, maintaining and keeping the vehicles clean/organized. Primary objectives include ensuring customer satisfaction and retention and assisting the sales and service departments as needed. The Porter is responsible for moving, maintaining and keeping the vehicles clean/organized.
• Makes and implements decisions regarding maintaining, moving and cleaning vehicles.
• Keeps service lot neat and orderly.
• Moves dealership vehicles as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions closely
• Time-management and multitasking skills to handle multiple vehicle requests on busy days
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safe driving
• Attention to detail to keep track of all vehicles
• Willingness to take responsibility for high-value vehicles
• Maintains used vehicle appearance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries as needed.
• Utilizes all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems
• Provides prompt, efficient and quality service to the customers and dealership.
• Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles.
• Cleans dealership areas (e.g., walkways and sidewalks) as needed
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Bi-lingual is always a plus
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background check)
• Must be able to operate stick shift transmission

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
