Compensation & Benefits:
This is a part-time, hourly position with competitive pay. We also offer a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and employee discounts on purchased vehicles and services.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
• Manage inventory and restock items as needed
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Answer phone calls and schedule tee times for customers
• Provide golf cart and club rentals to customers, as needed
• Keep track of golf course usage and collect fees from customers
• Handle any customer complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary
• Stay informed on current promotions, sales, and any changes to the golf course schedule
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge or interest in golf and golf equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately handle cash and credit transactions
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
