What You'll Do

• Oversee the daily operations, organization, and appearance of the dealership lot.
• Manage vehicle inventory placement to ensure vehicles are properly displayed, accessible, and easy for customers and employees to locate.
• Coordinate the movement, parking, and staging of new and pre-owned vehicles throughout the dealership.
• Ensure vehicles are properly identified, labeled, and positioned according to dealership standards.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory and maintain accurate records of vehicle locations.
• Coordinate with sales, service, detail, and reconditioning teams to ensure vehicles are ready for customer appointments and delivery.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly prepared for display.
• Manage lot personnel and coordinate daily assignments, schedules, and priorities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional lot environment.
• Monitor vehicle keys and ensure proper key control procedures are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve lot efficiency, vehicle flow, and overall organization.
• Ensure compliance with dealership safety procedures and operational policies.
• Provide support to dealership management and other departments as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in automotive dealership operations, lot management, inventory coordination, or a related role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate daily lot activities.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to safely operate and park a variety of vehicles, including luxury vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized dealership environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
