Pride Motor Group is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to manage our internet leads and develop our sales and service business. This position manages a team of Business Development Coordinators and will report directly to the VP of Operations.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

Managing internet inquiries

Forecasting goals and review tracking & reporting.

Responsible for training current and future BDC representatives.

Responding and following up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and equity mining opportunities.

Work with Sales Managers to assist with sales and follow up on leads.

Resolve customer complaints in Sales & Service.

Grow internet sales business and expand the current customer base

Manage team of BDC Representatives

Qualifications:

Proven experience in BDC management or automotive sales of 3 to 5 years

Strong leadership and coaching skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities
