PricePro Ford is looking for an experienced, motivated Parts Counterperson to join our team!

We are looking for someone who understands that a great Parts Department is the backbone of a successful Service Department. If you know automotive parts, work well with technicians and customers, and can keep things moving in a fast-paced dealership, we want to talk to you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist technicians with identifying and locating needed parts

• Provide fast and accurate parts quotes

• Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter

• Look up parts using Ford catalogs and dealership systems

• Order and receive parts

• Track special-order and back-ordered parts

• Maintain accurate parts inventory

• Stock and organize incoming parts

• Process parts returns and warranty parts

• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Technicians

• Help maintain an organized and efficient Parts Department

• Follow up on outstanding parts orders

• Maintain excellent customer service

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive parts experience preferred

• Ford dealership parts experience is a plus

• Strong automotive knowledge

• Excellent computer and organizational skills

• Ability to accurately identify and locate parts

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable and punctual

• Team-oriented attitude

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
