Who We’re Looking For
- Certified Polestar or EV Technicians (all levels encouraged to apply)
- Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills
- Familiarity with high-voltage safety protocols and EV systems
- Committed to quality work, efficiency, and getting it right the first time
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Desire to learn and grow with a fast-moving EV-focused dealership
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs with a focus on electric powertrains
- Service and maintain braking, steering, suspension, and electrical systems
- Complete test drives and quality checks to confirm repairs
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and, when needed, customers
- Accurately document all work performed in line with Polestar brand standards

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (Entry-level and Apprentice candidates welcome)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to thrive in a modern, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- EV or hybrid experience a plus (training available)
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- Certified A/B/C-Level Techs, Mobile Technicians, and candidates from crossover industries (diesel, aviation, marine, motorcycle, HVAC, etc.) encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 – $100,000+ per year (commensurate with experience)
- Bi-weekly pay
