Description of the role:

Whether you're a Master Tech, a recent graduate, or someone with hands-on skills from industries like diesel, aviation, marine, motorcycle, or HVAC, we’ll train you, support your certifications, and help grow your career.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and diagnostics

• Repair and maintain engine, brake, steering, and electrical systems

• Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs

• Communicate effectively with service advisors and, at times, customers

• Maintain accurate records of work completed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician
  (Entry-level and Apprentice Technicians also encouraged to apply)

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• ASE certification is a plus

• Certified A/B/C-Level Techs, Mobile Technicians, and crossover backgrounds welcome
  (Diesel, aviation, marine, motorcycle, HVAC, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60,000 – $100,000+ per year (commensurate with experience)
