What You’ll Do
As a Polestar Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of the Space team, ensuring an immersive and unforgettable experience for our customers. Polestar’s Space team is at the forefront of our brand, acting as passionate advocates who create lasting impressions through every interaction.

Your role will be to provide visitors with tailored, engaging experiences from the moment they enter the Space. You’ll introduce them to our groundbreaking vehicles and the Polestar brand, answering questions, sparking curiosity, and guiding them through their journey with us. Additionally, you will:

• Offer personalized experiences based on guests' interests and needs
• Educate and inspire visitors by sharing insights into Polestar’s products and technology
• Transform curiosity into excitement by showcasing Polestar vehicles and services
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide ongoing support
• Schedule test drives and guide customers through the purchasing process
• Exemplify Polestar’s culture and values, serving as a role model for others
