Prestige Collection is seeking a dynamic and certified Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. This is a high-impact, front-line role—not one that operates behind closed doors. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and daily hands-on support to ensure our workplace is one where people thrive, stay, and grow.

Who You Are
You're an experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of New Jersey employment laws, a passion for building great teams, and a heart for people. You have a track record of driving organizational effectiveness while championing employee well-being. You believe HR should be present, proactive, and people-first.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR management roles

• Current SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR certification (no entry-level certifications)

• Strong working knowledge of New Jersey labor laws and HR compliance

• Proven ability to lead and support employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance development

• Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills

• High integrity and the ability to work closely with ownership and all levels of staff

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a visible, accessible leader and resource for team members across all departments

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

• Oversee benefits education, utilization, and employee engagement around wellness offerings

• Partner with leadership to foster a culture of respect, growth, and high performance

• Act as a strategic advisor on employee relations, organizational structure, and workforce planning

• Continuously assess and improve workplace culture, employee morale, and retention

• Lead HR initiatives that support business objectives and a strong employee experience
