This administrative position provides primary administrative support for the Body Shop Director and department. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Screen and route written, electronic mail and telephone calls, both internal & external
  • Set appointments, open and manage repair orders, create invoices and close them
  • Create and manage files in our (CCC) estimating system
  • Update customers throughout the repair process
  • Responsible for the Accounts Payables and Receivables for the department
  • Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner
  • Greet customers as they enter the collision center
  • Data entry
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible hours
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance a must
  • Friendly and courtesy disposition
  • Previous experience with CCC and Reynolds & Reynolds, preferred
  • Experience in a dealership environment or Collision Center helpful but not mandatory
