Prestige Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep is looking for an EXPERIENCED Quick Lane Advisor!! 

Description:

Join our team at Prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram as a Quick Lube Advisor. Your essential role will involve providing expert vehicle maintenance guidance to our valued customers. The right candidate will be accurate, consistent, and have strong attention to detail, learn and retain information quickly. Must be able to work well under high volume conditions, communicate smoothly with customers and co-workers alike while staying well organized and focused. Attitude is everything! 

Responsibilities: 

• Walk up to greet customers as they arrive, walk around the vehicle and gather complete information. 
• Inform them of approximate wait time, and ask if they have any other questions or needs. 
• Input customer information accurately, into correct system, and input charges correctly for warranty/customer work/etc.
• Perform quick lube services efficiently and with great attention to detail

• Communicate effectively with customers to analyze their vehicle's maintenance needs
• Follow company process and check in procedures consistently 
• Recommend appropriate services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional high-quality service in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Prior experience in service advisor role
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Above average ability to learn new software 
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment staying calm and organized
