Description of the role:

The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating vehicle service and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to determine service needs
• Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance
• Schedule service appointments
• Serve as a liaison between customers and service technicians

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bi-Lingual is a plus
