Position Overview
The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. You will be responsible for creating a positive service experience, driving repair order value, and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally

Write accurate and detailed repair orders

Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines

Communicate effectively with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair status

Provide clear updates to customers throughout the repair process

Review completed work and invoices with customers

Maintain high CSI standards and customer retention

Follow dealership processes and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications

Prior experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment (required)

Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple repair orders simultaneously

Proven track record of customer satisfaction and performance metrics

Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

Experience using Dealertrack

Experience using X-Time

Ford dealership experience is a strong plus
