Caregiver Success Manager

Job Description:

Experienced caregiver ready to lead? Preferred Care at Home of San Antonio is hiring a Caregiver Success Manager to recruit, onboard, and train our caregivers. You'll split your time between the office and clients' homes, instructing caregivers on shift. You report directly to the owner.

What You'll Do

• Screen applicants daily, conduct interviews, and help decide who we hire
• Run hands-on skills checks so we hire incredible caregivers.
• Track every applicant's status and make sure onboarding is complete before a first shift.
• Visit caregivers on shift, prioritizing new hires and anyone who needs extra support, and train them hands-on.
• Document interviews, training, and visits electronically.
• Update the Owner weekly on hiring, and caregivers who need help.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of paid caregiving experience
• Able to perform and teach all aspects of home care including transfers, personal care, and dementia care.
• Comfortable with technology, with clear, organized documentation.
• Valid Texas driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Able to pass background and Texas registry checks.
• Preferred: CNA, experience training caregivers, bilingual English/Spanish

Schedule, Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $20/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, with occasional evening or weekend field visits.
• Benefits: Mileage stipend, cell phone allowance.
• Location: San Antonio, office plus travel to client homes
