Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications (pay range to be confirmed).

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

• Assist with mobility, walking, and safe transfers.

• Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed.

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.

• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan and applicable regulations.

• Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation when authorized.

• Observe and report changes in a client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.

• Follow individualized care plans to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of each client.

• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Caregiver Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes.

• Ability to assist clients with mobility and personal care safely.

• Willingness to complete required background checks and training.

• Caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.

• CNA, HHA, or PCA experience is a plus, but not required.
