Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care services tailored to the individual needs of clients in the Johnson City, TN area and surrounding communities.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Support client mobility 
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and client progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements to ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional client care.
• Ability to pass background checks
