Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide quality care for clients in Knoxville and surrounding counties.

As a caregiver, you will play an essential role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life—all in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor clients’ well-being and report any changes to the care team
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
