JOB DESCRIPTION OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying, etc.)

• Provide medication reminders (no administering unless properly certified and authorized)

• Assist with errands and transportation as assigned

• Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to the office

• Follow the individualized care plan and agency policies at all times

• Maintain accurate documentation and clock in/out according to company procedures

• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism

Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience and shift assignments.
