Cleveland Area Experienced Caregivers Needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility.

• Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and transportation to appointments.

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.

• Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical, mental, or emotional condition to supervisors or family members as appropriate.

• Follow care plans, medication reminders, and safety protocols.

• Assist with transfers, use of assistive devices, and fall-prevention measures.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, tasks completed, and any observations.

• Uphold client privacy, dignity, and all agency policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous professional caregiving experience preferred 

• CNA certification a bonus but not required

• Ability to safely assist with mobility and personal care tasks.

• Strong communication skills, patience, and reliability.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if transportation is part of the role).

• Ability to pass background checks and meet health requirements (TB test, physical, etc.).

Hourly rate can be negotiated depending on experience and CNA certification.
