Preferred Care at Home is seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate caregiver to join our team! We are dedicated to helping seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while receiving personalized care in the comfort of their own homes.

We are currently looking for an experienced caregiver who is comfortable providing companionship, personal care, and safe, reliable transportation for a client.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing compassionate, one-on-one care and companionship

• Safely transporting clients to medical appointments, grocery stores, errands, and social outings

• Assisting clients with safely entering and exiting vehicles

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support as needed

• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping

• Providing medication reminders

• Encouraging independence and promoting a safe, comfortable home environment

• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and the care team

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous professional caregiving experience is REQUIRED

• Previous experience safely transporting senior clients is a MUST

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Current auto insurance and a clean driving record

• Experience assisting seniors with mobility and daily living activities

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude

• Dependable, punctual, patient, and professional

• Ability to pass required background screenings
