CNAs & HHA- Serving Edgewater, New Smyrna Beach, Port Orange area
Description of the Role: As a CNA/HHA in Palm Coast, Florida, you will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, preparing and serving meals according to dietary needs, and providing companionship and emotional support, in order to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and provide quality care in their homes. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide assistance with ambulation and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervisor
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks
Requirements:
- Certification as a CNA or HHA
- Valid CPR (American Heart Association affiliated) or BLS
- Valid level 2 background check on file (see https://info.flclearinghouse.com/ for more information)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
