The positions include Companion Care and Personal Care.  We are looking for experienced, compassionate Individuals to provide non-medical care to seniors in their homes.

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistants)
• CHHA (Certified Home Health Aides)
• HHA (Home Health Aides)
• Care Aides
• Nursing Students
• PCA (Personal Care Aides)

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with transfers using slide board or Hoyer lift
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and dishes
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care setting
- Slide board lift experience
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of basic caregiver skills and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and able to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
