Experienced Caregiver for Bedbound Clients/Hamilton and Bradley Counties

We are seeking experienced, reliable Caregivers to provide care for bedbound clients. This role requires patience, attentiveness, and the ability to assist with all ADLs and IADLs in a respectful and dignified manner.

Pay rate negotiable depending on experience and client situation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands on personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting/incontinence care

• Assist with repositioning and turning  

• Perform safe transfers using proper techniques and equipment such as hoyer lift/gait belt  

• Assist with feeding and hydration needs

• Maintain a clean, comfortable environment for the client

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and respectful conversation

• Follow care plan instructions and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience with bedbound clients

• Knowledge of proper body mechanics and safe transfer techniques

• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate demeanor

• Physical ability to assist with lifting, repositioning, and other mobility tasks
