Assisted Living Caring for those with Memory loss

Job Summary:
Opus Memoria Memory Care Assisted Living- Anchorage, Ak, a trusted leader of assisted living services, serving those living with brain change. We are seeking  compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in a part-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field. This role will involve providing care and support to seniors in our assisted living facility in Anchorage, Alaska. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents and their families.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $17 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package for all employees, including insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Medications reminders and monitor resident's health and well-being
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Observe and report any changes in residents' health and behavior to the appropriate parties
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of care

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing care and support to seniors, preferably in an assisted living facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
