Do you love building, analyzing, and optimizing paid media performance? In this role, we’re looking for someone who loves getting into the fine details to understand trends, optimize performance, and propose tests for ad campaigns. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing patient acquisition campaigns nationally and locally across paid social, display, search, email, and partnership channels. Beyond this, you’ll be responsible for creatively expanding existing marketing campaigns across additional channels, including search, email, content, partnerships, social media (paid and organic), other ads, and more, in partnership with a digital marketing agency.

We’re looking for someone who is a skilled communicator with an eye for detail, a deep sense of curiosity and creativity to get to the root of what the data is telling us, and always looking to creatively solve problems.
Beyond being an adaptable and growth-minded marketer, you’ll need to be passionate about helping people access reproductive health care on their own terms. If that’s you, please apply!

-
Harbor and proactively cultivate a growth mindset, with a curiosity and eagerness to learn more about our patients, affiliates, product, and the reproductive healthcare landscape
-
Report on performance using data-driven insights to make recommendations for future campaigns or concepts

-
2-4 years of individual contributor experience in a role where you developed and executed marketing programs end-to-end
