Planned Parenthood Direct (PPD) is the digital arm of Planned Parenthood, delivering trusted sexual and reproductive health care via the Planned Parenthood Direct web/mobile app and period tracking via the Spot On app. Our mission is to enable Planned Parenthood care from anywhere – ensuring accessible care for patients on the go / from the safety, privacy and security of the home.

Summary of Role: 

We are looking for a Head of Strategy & Growth to join our leadership team and lead both the strategic expansion and the operational execution of PPD’s evolving role within the Planned Parenthood enterprise. This role centers on designing and operating care delivery service lines that complement and integrate with Planned Parenthood Affiliates' in-person care delivery services. In parallel, this leader will work closely with our CEO to set and drive PPD’s strategic growth to support the evolving needs and opportunities for PPD across Planned Parenthood.

The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for our mission coupled with strong experience in both building and leading hybrid care delivery models – including the technologies, care workflows, and operational systems that underpin them. This leader will work cross-functionally within PPD and with leaders across the Planned Parenthood Affiliate network and Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA). 

Compensation

$140,000 - $170,000 annually based on experience 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Growth–Development & Execution

• Partner with PPD’s CEO and the PPD leadership team to develop and set PPD’s strategic growth roadmap
• Collaborate with the PPD leadership team to guide the business’ transition from strategy development to operational execution

Clinical Operational Design & Implementation 

• Design and implement operational frameworks for new telehealth services as they are added to PPD's portfolio 
• Create scalable operational protocols that can flex with growing patient volume and expanding service lines 
• Establish operational KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor and optimize service delivery 
• Establish and maintain operational budgets aligned with growth target

Inter and Intra-organizational Leadership 

• Build and lead PPD’s clinical operations team as the organization scales 
• In partnership with PPD’s COO and Director of Operations, optimize PPD Affiliated customer/partner telehealth coverage and service delivery, focusing on supply/demand alignment and identifying opportunities to expand coverage in areas with clinical coverage gaps 
• Partner with PPD’s Customer Success team to develop training and development programs for PP Affiliate clinical and operational staff 
• Enterprise Partnership & Change Management  
• Lead through influence – inspiring leaders / key stakeholders across the Planned Parenthood enterprise and working with PPD’s CEO to continually refine and align PPD's operational model with broader Planned Parenthood’s strategic, clinical, operational, and financial goals

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) at a minimum
