Vehicle Acquisition Specialist

Porsche Princeton is looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Representative

The Purchasing Specialist will work closely with the Used Car Manager in purchasing used vehicles from consumers.

• Cultivate purchases of used vehicles direct from customers.
• Work all leads from KBB ICO and CarFax via Affintiv XRM, Automotive Mastermind, V-auto Reports and turns from sales associates.
• Document all data and communications in our CRM and Automotive Mastermind (AMM).
• Maintain contact with the customer.
• Execute appraisals by utilizing vendor software and follow process prescribed by the GSM.
• Provide written offers.
• Maintain and improve customer relations with every interaction.

What are we looking for?
• Used Car experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills, must be good with text, emails and on the phone

Total Target Compensation: $50k-$60k/annually. This is an hourly plus commission role

Qualifications

• Must have good computer skills and good with communication with prospective clients looking to sell their cars
• Must be able to work Nights and Saturdays
