As a Porsche Parts Counterperson at Porsche Charlotte Northlake, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and expertise in the automotive parts industry. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a seamless parts ordering process.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their Porsche vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels
- Process parts orders efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
Requirements
- Prior experience in parts sales or automotive industry preferred
- Knowledge of Porsche vehicles and parts is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
