Host/Front of House Assistant

Ponzi Vineyards is looking for an energetic, fun and experienced Host/Front of House Assistant to assist our hospitality team this season.  Successful candidate will be professional in appearance and demeanor with a strong work ethic and attention to the detail.  We are looking for someone who understands how to provide effective support to our service team-with enthusiasm and a great attitude.

Job Duties:

• Bussing tables & re-setting tables
• Greet guest with a warm welcome while checking them in.
• Answer and manage incoming calls in a profession, timely manner
• Escorting guest to their table
• Washing dishes
• Polishing glassware
• Re-stocking server stations & supplies
• Basic cleaning
• Running food
• Restocking wine cases
• Assisting our guests with wine cases to their vehicles
• Any other duties as assigned
• Ability to stand on one’s feet for extended time
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Schedule:  This is a part time position, working weekends or evening events. 

Compensation:

• Hourly
